The IQA Membership Expansion department is proud to introduce the first group of mentees selected to participate in our newly launched Game Changer Mentorship Program. This initiative is designed to empower NGBs and key members of the quadball community by connecting them with experienced mentors through two tailored development streams: Growing and Uplift.
After a careful selection process, we are excited to present the individuals who will be receiving guidance and support over the next six months as part of this program:
- Soleil Heaney – Canada
- Mohammad Danish Javeed – Pakistan
- Michael Smith Mugote – Kenya
- Alexe Englebert – Liège Leviathans, Belgium
Each of these participants brings a unique perspective and a deep commitment to the growth of quadball in their respective communities. Over the coming months, they will be working closely with their mentors to develop strategies, improve organizational practices, and take the next big steps in growing and professionalizing the sport.
We will soon be announcing the mentors who will be joining the program—experts from both within the quadball world and across the broader sports landscape. Their experience and insight will be instrumental in guiding our mentees toward impactful results.
This is just the beginning. Whether you’re an experienced leader or someone eager to learn, the Game Changer Mentorship Program remains open to new applications. We encourage more members of the quadball community to get involved, either as a mentor willing to share expertise, or as a mentee looking to learn and grow.
