In the last Assembly, the trustee election was held, and only one candidate was elected to the Board to join the two continuing Trustees. As our Constitution states, four trustees are required to operate the IQA; the current officers were responsible for increasing the number of trustees until meeting that minimum. To do this, a Google Form was posted on social media and the website, inviting community members to volunteer for the board positions.
After having reviewed the candidates’ experience and past responsibilities inside and out of our sport, the Board of Trustees is pleased to announce its new members:
- Blissenden, Matt
- Keyder, Sinan
- Řezáčová , Sylvie
- Wainner, Cynara
Having been approved by the current board, their term will end at the next AGM. If they wish to continue to be Trustees, they will go through the usual process of electing a new Trustee. After which, if voted for by members, they may serve a full term.
